The manager was then walked into the bathroom where the suspect gave him zip ties and told him to secure himself to a toilet, the report said.

The manager told investigators that he could hear the suspect rummaging through the manager's office and safe before leaving with the cash, the report said.

The manager, unharmed, was able to free himself and contact police.

The investigation is ongoing.
