Boys and Girls Club to Honor Chaparral Students
Four local boys are being recognized for being good citizens as school.
Four students will be recognized Friday night by the The Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo & Las Virgenes for their hard work at school and volunteerism.
Aiden Thall, Justin Ramos, Jadon Zhu and Christopher Mulligan, all members of Club Chaparral, received monthly Shining Stars awards last year for being shining examples at their school.
Justin, a fifth grader, says he gets good grades and helps out kindergarten classes whenever he can.

"I helped keep things organized," he said.
The boys, among other area students, are being honored during the Youth of the Year Awards from 7-9 p.m. at the Civic Arts Plaza (Janet & Ray Scherr Forum), 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
