USC's Adam Landecker was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates as the 629th overall pick in round 21 on day three of the 2013 MLB First-Year Player Draft, according to the official USC Trojan Athletics site.
The Calabasas High graduate was a 2013 All-Pac-12 honorable mention selection for the second time in his career with a .351 batting average, the site said.
