A.C. Stelle Gets New Principal

Dr. Michael Williams brings 18 years of education experience to the district.

The Las Virgenes Unified School District has announced that Dr. Michael Williams will be the next principal of A.C. Stelle Middle School, replacing Mary Sistrunk, who is retiring at the end of the school year.

Sistrunk said that leaving her position is "bittersweet" and that she congratulates Williams for being selected to helm "this wonderful school."

With over 18 years of education experience, Williams most recently was the assistant principal at Wredling Middle School, a high-performing institution in St. Charles, Illinois.

He began his career in the classroom, where he taught science classes in biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology.

Stelle staff, students and community," said Dr. Dan Stepenosky, LVUSD superintendent. "We are eager to welcome him to the district and our leadership team."
