Jewish Style Pastry Class at the Academy of Culinary Education

The Academy of Culinary Education in Woodland Hills is offering it's first ever class for Jewish Style Pastries. This is a hands-on class on Thursday, September 20th from 6-10pm. Students will learn to make mandelbread, rugelach, babka, macaroons and hamantashen, and take all their goodies home at the end of the evening.
