Bohemian Child has applied for a conditional use permit to open up shop in Old Town Calabasas.

A new maternity and infant clothing store plans to open up in Old Town Calabasas.

The owners of Bohemian Child have applied for a conditional use permit to turn a vacant 3,600 square-foot commercial space formerly occupied by Rodeo Realty into a clothing store.

The Calabasas Planning Commission is expected to approve the conditional use permit at its April 4 meeting at Calabasas City Hall.

The clothing store will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and employ two people, according to a city staff report.

The store will be next to Guido’s restaurant, a vacant suite with proposed tenant improvements for an interior design office, and two vacant commercial buildings, the staff report states.
