It's been months since the alleged egging incident in Justin Bieber's neighborhood and prosecutors still haven't decided whether to charge the pop star with a felony or a misdemeanor, reports TMZ.

On Jan. 14, about a dozen sheriff's investigators swept through Bieber's (now former) home as part of a follow-up probe into allegations that the 19-year-old singer threw eggs at a neighbor's residence.

At the time, officials said the alleged egg-throwing case was considered a potential felony because around $20,000 in damage was done to the neighbor's home.

The man should just sue the punk, that way he can get refunded for his damage. Charging Bieber with a Felony will never happen, Bieber has too much money and well paid lawyers.
