VIDEO: D.A. Still Debating Whether to Charge Justin Bieber with a Felony

It's been four months since the alleged egging incident in Calabasas.

It's been months since the alleged egging incident in Justin Bieber's neighborhood and prosecutors still haven't decided whether to charge the pop star with a felony or a misdemeanor, reports TMZ.

On Jan. 14, about a dozen sheriff's investigators swept through Bieber's (now former) home as part of a follow-up probe into allegations that the 19-year-old singer threw eggs at a neighbor's residence.

At the time, officials said the alleged egg-throwing case was considered a potential felony because around $20,000 in damage was done to the neighbor's home.
