Just when Calabasas got rid of Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez moves to the neighborhood and promptly attracts a stalker.

A 20-year-old transient was arrested for allegedly breaking into a Calabasas home recently purchased by singer/actress Selena Gomez, a sheriff's sergeant said today.

Gomez, 21, returned to her $3 million home in the 5100 block of Garrett Court with friends around 9:25 p.m. Sunday when they heard a noise, according to Sgt. Fray Lupian of the sheriff's Malibu-Lost Hills Station. A short time later, a man knocked at the door and asked if Gomez was home.

Gomez's friend who had answered the door slammed  it shut, Lupian said.
