Alleged Mobile Park Shooter Charged With Murder
Randy Robin Williams is due in court on April 26.
A Calabasas man was charged Thursday with murder for the shooting death of his mother's boyfriend.
Randy Robert Williams, 57, was initially charged March 9 with assault with a firearm, but the charge was amended to murder after the death of John Costilla, 50.
Williams entered a not guilty plea today in Van Nuys Superior Court. Williams allegedly shot Costilla in the neck March 8 at a mobile home park in the 23700 block of Mulholland Highway. An argument between Williams' mother and Costilla preceded the shooting, authorities said.
