A police team went in search of someone who reportedly attempted suicide in Calabasas Tuesday night.
Following the call into the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station at approximately 11:30 p.m., officials were told that the person in question had left the premises, said Lt. Mathers.
A helicopter and foot patrol searched for the person, whose name was not released, for approximately 30 minutes before [the person] was found, Mathers said.
Many people have reported hearing helicopter activity in the vicinity overnight.
