Guns Stolen From Calabasas Home

Four revolvers and some jewelry were taken from the home on Dantes View Drive in Calabasas.

Thieves targeted several homes in Calabasas on the same day this week, taking several guns, jewelry and electronics.

The first burglary was reported at 4 p.m. Jan. 22 on Dantes View in Calabasas. A burglar pried open the front door and took three small safes that contained several revolvers and jewelry.

The revovlers were .22 caliber and worth $600, according to the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station.

The second burglary was reported the same day on Willow Glen Street in Calabasas. Thieves stole a 19-inch flat screen television, a DVD player, camera kit and laptop.

The front door was also pried open and the house was ransacked.

 The third break-in was reported on Calamine Drive in Calabasas. The front door was also splintered, but the homeowner did not notice anything missing.
