Expensive Bikes Stolen; Shoplifting at Ralphs

A pair of Lite Speed bikes are stolen; a shoplifter walks away with 32 cans of Red Bull.

Pricey bicycles stolen

A home burglar made off with two bicycles valued together at $9,000 from a house in the 4300 block of Park Fortuna, according to Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station.

The theft occurred sometime between noon on March 10 and 6:30 p.m. on March 13, deputies said.

The bicycles were stolen from the garage, which the homeowner says he may have left unlocked.

Deputies were did not find any signs of forced entry, according to a deputy’s report.

The burglar stole a $5,000 Lite Speed Blade model bicycle with a titanium frame and Dura-Ace components and a $4,000 Lite Speed Classic model with a titanium frame, the report read.

Vehicle burglary on Dry Canyon Cold Creek

About $5,000 in personal belongings was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 24200 block of Dry Canyon Cold Creek, deputies said.

The vehicle burglary happened sometime between 2 p.m. on March 1 and 10 a.m. on March 2, a deputy’s report read.

The victim said she had left her unlocked in the driveway.

The thief stolen a $1,200 Louis Vuitton purse, a $785 Louis Vuitton wallet, a $3,000 tech marine watch and $360 in various denominations.

Energy drinks shoplifted from Ralphs

A shoplifter walked out with 32 cans of Red Bull stolen from the inside the , deputies said.

The theft occurred around 3 p.m. on March 9, deputies said.

The store manager said he saw a male suspect leave his store with a shopping cart filled with eight four-packs of Red Bull that were not paid for.

The manager said the suspect placed the energy drinks, altogether worth $255, in the trunk of a teal Lexus and drove away. The vehicle’s license plates were covered, a deputy’s report read.
