Neiers admitted during an interview with police to having been on Bloom's private property on July 13, 2009, along with co-defendant Nicholas Frank Prugo and two other women, but denied ever taking anything from the house, according to published reports.

Prugo and five others await a May 25 court date where they will find out if there is sufficient evidence for them to stand trial for a series of celebrity home burglaries that has come the be known as the "bling ring."
