The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is continuing to investigate an altercation between pop singer Justin Bieber and a photographer at shopping center .
"We would like to talk to all potential witnesses," Capt. Mike Parker told the Los Angeles Times.
The investigation is seeking to determine if Beiber would be charged with misdemeanor battery resulting from the alleged fight that left the man injured, sheriff's officials said.
Bieber with girlfriend Selena Gomez when a man tried to take a picture, and an altercation ensued, a sheriff's spokesman said.
The 30-year-old man with the camera, who was not identified, complained of pain to his upper torso. He was treated at a hospital and released.
