American Bulldog mix Durban, a 2-year-old male was sadly turned in by his family when it was discovered there were just way too many animals living at their home. He was the biggest, so they decided that it was best that he come to the shelter to find a new forever home.
Just like the saying “the bigger, the better”, Durbin is just that. He is loveable, friendly and one smart substantial boy. He is most definitely not your average dog.

· He is treat motivated, so he can learn lots o other tricks if you want to teach him.
· He loves to play fetch.
· He lived with many other dogs of all sizes and shapes and cats too.
· He gets along with kids.
He came into the shelter showing a little fear of some men, but not all, although this seems to be abating. Some patience when approached and a little more time to get to know him works. Once he is comfortable, then he will show off all his awesomeness!
There is nothing ordinary about Durban. He has a great personality, loves to be with people and is eager to interact and please. He will make a great family dog.
