Archer Grew Up with Lots of Love

If giving food is a demonstration of love, then Archer had plenty of it so it is hard to imagine why this chubby fellow turned up as a stray and no one came to the shelter looking for him.

Archer is a male Chihuahua estimated to be 7-years-old. He was found on Kanan Road wandering around, fending for himself. He is safe and warm at the shelter, but is now anxiously awaiting a family to call his own. Maybe that’s with you!

Here are some things you should know about him:

·      He loves attention given to him.

·      He enjoys indoor time in the “real room” at the shelter.

Archer is a bit overweight, but his food intake is being monitored and he is gradually slimming down. He is energetic while going on walks and this exercise is helping him loose his extra pounds.

He would make a great apartment or condo dweller because he doesn’t require much exercise except for his beloved walks. He is a gentle, sweet dog with an easy-going personality that is quite low-key.

To adopt Archer request A4641501. The Agoura Shelter is at 29525 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills. Occasionally pets have already been adopted. To check availability, call 818-991-0071 or visit http://animalcare.lacounty.gov
