Runners converged on Malibu Canyon Saturday morning to help support the Salvation Army and for a bit of dirty fun.
The organization's annual Malibu Canyon Dirt Dash included more serious 10K and 5K runs as well as a 5K obstacle course that included tire runs, a rock-climbing wall and sand and mud crawls.
