Homemade Lunchables - The Cracker-Stacker

A homemade "Lunchable" using natural, unprocessed meats, cheeses, fruits and veggies.

Every year when school starts, my kids ask me to pack Lunchables in their lunch boxes. For some reason, my kids are drawn to those little, preformed plastic containers filled with highly processed bits of "lunch" and would do pretty much anything to get one.

Last year I discovered a BPA-free bento lunch box container that looked like the Lunchable container and realized I could finally make my own homemade version that the kids would be excited to take to school.

This week I will share the Out of the Box Food Cracker-Stacker. But be sure to check back over the next couple weeks as I will be sharing more alternative homemade Lunchable recipes.
