Walk 'n' Roll Muscular Dystrophy Fundraiser

The first Walk 'n' Roll fundraiser will be held Oct. 9, 2010 to raise funds and increase awareness about the most prevalent of all muscular dystrophies.

Recent research suggests that a reanimated package of archaic DNA may cause the disease, with the possibility that this may be the culprit in other diseases as well.

The event will be in Heritage Park, Irvine, in order to be accessible to residents from north Ventura through the San Diego border. The walk will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the benefit of the FSH Society, Inc.
