Summer Musical Theater Camp & Production
- “Chilled”
Inspired by
Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Snow Queen, this musical tells the
story of a fearless princess who sets off on an ambitious journey alongside a
rugged mountain man, his loyal pet reindeer, and a hapless snowman to find her
estranged sister, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom in eternal winter.
Hans Christian Anderson would be delighted with HALO Academy Performers who
will Sing and Act and present this musical version with a HALO twist! And with
songs like, Do You Want To Build A Snowman, For The First Time In Forever, Fixer
Upper, In Summer, and the ever popular, Let It Go, this week will make this
summer one to remember, forever!
With emphasis on Character development, Vocal
Coaching and Theater presentation, come Grow with HALO, while developing these
skills in a fun, nurturing, yet challenging environment that is sure to help you
reach your fullest artistic potential. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a
binder, water bottle, highlighter and pencil, and a bagged snack & lunch to
every session. Audition assessments are held the first day; however, all
participants will perform in the Summer Production to be held the weekend of
Camp- August 4-8, 2014! Camp is for all ages, so Parents are welcome to
join us for a family-fun adventure! The location is at ‘A Step In Time’ Dance School
– 4505 LAS VIRGENES RD STE 102; CALABASAS, CA 91302. Materials fee of $10 to be paid to the Instructor the first day of
class. Can’t
