LEARN "What Is Montessori Elementary?"

Why not follow the same educational model as these innovators; Larry Page, and Sergey Brin, founders of Google, Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon, Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia, and Peter Druckers, “The father of modern management,” to name a few.

Montessori Elementary is hands-on learning. Not all children learn the same way. In settings that are not effective, a child who is struggling is labeled as disruptive, or inattentive. Perhaps that child just needs a different method. In Montessori, a child not only sees the symbol for 1, 1000, or ½, they can also experience each corresponding quantity in their hands.

The Montessori Elementary curriculum is interesting; exploring physics, geology, zoology, and history on the child’s level. Interested children are engaged, and no “rewards and punishments” system is needed. Montessori children respect the effective “tools” they use to do math, and to learn the countries of the world. The child’s ideas are respected.

When I moved to San Fernando Valley a few years ago, I could not find an AMS accredited Montessori School. I have been teaching Montessori Elementary for 20 years, and children deserve this effective method of education. Elements Montessori is the 1st AMS accredited school in the area. The nearest accredited schools are in Garden Grove, and Santa Barbara. There is Casa Montessori in Northridge.

Elements Montessori is located in a spacious campus that houses a low student to teacher ratio, credentialed teachers, fully equipped classrooms, auditorium space, and outdoor classroom environments and play areas. Elements Montessori offers a rich social environment, a community of committed teachers, and supportive parents. Please visit our Open Houses August 9, 16, 23, and 30th. www.ElementsMontessoriElementary.org
