Wrote one user: "This is the freshest sushi I have ever had. I live in Hawaii and that is saying a lot! How do they do it? They go to the L.A. fish market early in the mornings everyday they are open at 4 a.m. They hand select the fish and then the sushi masters create some of the tastiest dishes."
