Week in Review: More Dillon Drama and Senior College Choices

Corey Dillon has his first day in court and Calabasas High announces where its recent grads will attend college this fall.

Former NFL player Core Dillon answers to his DUI charges by pleading not guilty in his first day in court and Calabasas High releases a list of where the class of 2010 is heading for college.

MONDAY

We started the week off with video coverage of the latest installment of the Sun Sets summer concert series featuring The Hodads.

We wrapped the day up with two slideshows featuring our coverage of Agoura Pony baseball games played on June 20.

TUESDAY

The day began with a follow-up story on the arrest of Caesar Brantley, who was caught stalking Disney Channel star Aly Michalka outside of her home on June 17.

Brantley pleaded not guilty to stalking charges and will be back in court on June 30 for a preliminary hearing.

The Coyotes lost to Simi Valley 10-5 in a Valley Invitational League game on Monday.

We posted a feature on a new set of equipment known as auto belays now being used on the rock wall at the Agoura/Calabasas Community Center.

Auto belays allow a person to scale the wall solo without the help of a partner on the ground.

WEDNESDAY

The Las Virgenes Unified Board of Education voted Tuesday to table a decision that would reduce the pay of classified workers by 5.4 percent pending further mediation between the two parties.

The day came to an end with a post about where Calabasas High seniors will be heading to college in the fall.

THURSDAY

Calabasas High suffered another loss in the Valley Invitational League; this time it was a 6-1 loss to Kennedy.

The Calabasas City Council approved the 2010-11 budget on Wednesday. While there were some cuts, including the nixing of some community events, no cuts will be made to personnel at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station.

With summer underway, we posted a list of our top five suggestions on how to stay cool in Calabasas during the scorching months ahead.

The final story of the day was our coverage of a workshop held on Wednesday to gather input for a LA County bicycle master plan.

FRIDAY
