Week in Review: City Hall Salaries, Mitrice Richardson Sightings

The highest-paid Calabasas employee makes about $500,000 less than Bell's former city manager, and Latice Sutton doesn't believe her daughter was spotted in Las Vegas.

The highest-paid employee at Calabasas City Hall earns about a third of the salary of Bell's former city manager, who was forced to resign after his  $767,000 salary was revealed.
