Photographer Uses Keyshawn Johnson to Spy on Kardashians

A man making a delivery to the ex-NFL star and commentator was caught trying to take pictures of the socialite sisters in the gated Oaks community.

A freelance photographer that made a delivery to former NFL star and commentator Keyshawn Johnson's home in the gated Oaks community overstayed his welcome when he was caught spying on the Kardashians, TMZ reports.

The sisters were filming an episode of their realty show and took note of a Dodge sedan parked for eight hours near the shoot at Kourtney Kardashian's home, according to TMZ.

The celebrity gossip site reports that when the Kardashians walked by the vehicle, the photographer poked a camera out the window and started snapping shots.

The socialite sisters confronted the man, who began apologizing profusely, according to TMZ.

Security was called, but determined that the photographer was given permission by Johnson to enter the very private Oaks community, home to many other celebrities like Justin Bieber.

TMZ says Johnson later went to Kourtney's house and apologized.

Oaks Homeowners Association President Brian Cameron said he has yet to go over the details of the matter, but that residents who make mistakes like Johnson can be fined up to $1,000.

"We take the privacy of all our residents very seriously," Cameron said in an email to Patch, adding: "What I can tell you is that the Oaks holds homeowners responsible for the behavior of their guests."

The HOA board could decide to assess a penalty at its next meeting, he said.
