Katherine Jackson Reportedly Safe in Arizona; Granddaughter Paris Worried

The daughter of late pop star Michael Jackson is concerned that her grandmother is being kept from her.

A reported scuffle at the home of Katherine Jackson Calabasas on Monday did not involve the children of late pop star Michael Jackson, but his daughter is concerned about the whereabouts of her grandmother, according to the Los Angeles Times.

It was two unnamed adults of the Jackson family that were being investigated, though no arrests were made, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies told the Times.

Paris Jackson, 14, reported her grandmother missing over the weekend.

On Tuesday morning, she tweeted: "9 days and counting… so help me god i will make whoever did this pay."

L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said a business associate of the family tipped deputies off that Katherine Jackson was being "emotionally and financially mistreated by family members," the Times reports.

Whitmore said she denied those allegations when deputies interviewed her in person in Arizona, KTLA reports.
