Calabasas resident and worldwide phenom Justin Bieber reportedly started off the new year on a blazed note at a Newport Beach hotel, TMZ reported.
On its website, TMZ published pictures of the 18-year-old Bieber holding a sparked-up doobie while he celebrated the start of 2013 at a hotel party in Newport Beach on Wednesday. The party was held a day after a paparazzo, who was chasing Bieber's Ferrari, was killed when another car ran him over.
Sources told TMZ that Bieber's buddy and rapper Lil Twist—who was driving Bieber's Ferrari when the paparazzo was killed—was rolling all the blunts and passing them around to Bieber and others at the party.
In the photos, Bieber, who owns a home in Calabasas, seems to be highly enjoying himself.
