It's Official: Justin Bieber Buys Calabasas Home
The 18-year-old pop star buys a 9,000-square-foot home for a little more than $6 million.
After several weeks of haggling and some mortgage drama, pop singer Justin Bieber has sealed the deal on a new Calabasas pad located inside a gated community, TMZ reports.
The selling homeowner wanted $7.5 million for the 9,000-square-foot home, but the 18-year-old star talked the price down to a little more than $6 million, according to TMZ.
Mayor Mary Sue Maurer was interviewed by the celebrity news site, saying she welcomed the Canadian-born teen idol.

"Justin is welcomed to Calabasas and his privacy will be respected just like everyone else's," she told TMZ.
