Frosty, Windy Weather to Stick Around Through Tuesday

Wind gusts up to 60 mph are expected in the Santa Monica Mountains, according to the National Weather Service.

Gusty winds and frost temperatures are in the forecast in Calabasas and Agoura through Tuesday, according to forecasters.

A wind advisory is in effect for the area, including in Calabasas and Agoura through noon Tuesday, the National Weather Service reported.

Sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts between 40 to 50 mph are expected, according to the NWS. In the Santa Monica Mountains, winds could gust up to 60 mph.

The winds will likely calm down this afternoon and evening, picking up again late Monday night, the NWS reported.

Mondays high is set to reach 52 degrees with an overnight low of 28 degrees. Some patchy frost is expected through Tuesday morning.

Temperatures will reach in the high 50s by Tuesday afternoon and jump up to the mid 30s overnight. By Friday, highs in the 70s are in the forecast.
