Cesar Millan to Appear in Calabasas

Camp Bow Wow, the premiere doggy daycare and overnight camp in Agoura Hills, is sponsoring Spring Carnival with special guest Cesar “The Dog Whisperer” Millan on Sunday, May 6, from 11a.m. to 6 p.m. at the school’s campus located at 4345 N. Las Virgenes Road in Calabasas.
 
“We’re huge fans of Cesar Millan,” said Paul Berkovitz, Director of Camp Bow Wow Agoura Hills. “So when one of our camper’s human parent made us aware of New Village Leadership Academy’s plans for its Spring Carnival, we jumped at the opportunity to be involved.”
 
“As sponsor of our Spring Carnival, Camp Bow Wow has made it possible to produce a fun event for our students and their families that also serves to introduce our school to those in the community who may not be aware of our academic program,” said New Village Leadership Academy’s Franca "Piano" Foster, M.Ed.  “The Spring Carnival is our social event of the year and a great way for families to learn more about our school.”
 
In addition to dog training tips offered by Cesar Millan, New Village Leadership Academy’s Spring Carnival will also feature carnival rides including a ferris wheel, an obstacle course, climbing wall, photo booth and games of skill for the little ones. 

Parents can take part in the silent auction, which includes Hollywood celebrities’ memorabilia, food and music provided by DJ Young Slade.  Local vendors will also have exhibition booths on campus to promote their products and services.  Admission is $5 for adults and free for children (18 and under).
