  1. It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another installment of Kids Club at the Commons. This week, enjoy a magic act featuring the antics of Allen, who has been entertaining with his tricks for more than 15 years. Kids will even get a chance get it on the magic.   2. The Rotary Club of Calabasas will meet at 12:10 p.m. at Canyon Sports Grill & Deli (formerly Spumoni) New members are always welcome. As of July 1, 2012, the local rotary club joins Rotary District 5280. This week, the club is welcoming Governor-elect of the new district, Lew Bertrand.
  3. Reminder for parents: Wednesday is walk to school day, so leave the car at home when it's time to take the kids the school and take a stroll to campus instead. The Lupin Hill Tiger and parent volunteers will be handing out free shoelaces and walking odometers as students arrive around 7:30 a.m.
  4. is selling pink bracelets in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, which kicks off in October. The $1 bracelets go toward benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
