Pumpkin Patch Story Time at the library, rain returns and a chance to tour the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District.
- The will conduct a tour of its portable water distribution facilities on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Advance registration is required by signing up at www.LVMWD.com or by calling 818-252-2200 during regular business hours.
- It's Pumpkin Patch Story Time at the Calabasas Library at 10:30 a.m. for children under the age of three.
- Learn tortilla making, roping, butter churning and other 19th century activities during Hands on History Day at the on Saturday. The event is being held from 1-4 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for children.
- Registration is now open for the spring United States Youth Volleyball Camp at Chaparral Elementary School. The eight-week program for boys and girls ages 7-15 begins next March and costs $125.
- There's a 90 percent chance for showers today with a high of 58, according to the National Weather Service.
