Coffee with a sheriff's captain, a play at Calabasas High and Study Buddies at the library.
- Talk about local safety issues with Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station Capt. Joseph Stephen and other deputies this morning at the Starbucks inside the Commons. Meet up is at 9 a.m.
- Enjoy a student rendition of The Laramie Project at Calabasas High from Tuesday through Saturday at the school's theater. The play tells the tragic story of Matthew Shepard, a 21-year-old who was murdered because of his sexual orientation. Show begins at 7 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday, with a 2 p.m. and a 7 p.m. showing on Saturday. Tickets can be purchased at the school's theater website. Admission is $10 for student and $15 for adults.
- It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another installment of Kids Club at the Sagebrush Cantina. Bring the kids at 4:30 p.m. for a fall-themed Charlie Brown production. A kids-free-eat special is also available all night long.
- Are you an elementary or middle school student in need of homework help? Brainy Calabasas High students are here to tutor you. Study Buddies will convene at the library at 3:30 p.m.
- Today will be partly sunny with a high of 66 and a chance for drizzle, according to the National Weather Service.
