5 Things You Need to Know Today: Jan. 26
Learn about Calabasas history, Study Buddies and Pumpkin Patch Story Time.
- Learn about the history of the Bird Streets, Calabasas' first subdivision, during a special lecture courtesy of the Calabasas Historical Society at the Calabasas Library at noon.
- Are you an elementary or middle school student in need of homework help? Brainy Calabasas High students are here to tutor you. Study Buddies will convene at the library at 3:30 p.m.
- Pumpkin Patch Story Time is being held at 1:30 p.m. at the Calabasas Library. Once a week, kids ages three to five can stop by and hear stories read by librarians and afterwards participate in arts and crafts activities.
- Back Trax will take the stage at Sagebrush Cantina on Friday at 8:30 p.m. Admission is free.
- Today will be breezy with a high of 85, according to the National Weather Service.
