5 Things You Need to Know Today: Dec. 22
Pumpkin Patch Story Time, shop at the Commons and help local schools and breezy weather returns.
- Pumpkin Patch Story Time is being held at 1:30 p.m. at the Once a week, kids ages three to five can stop by and hear stories read by librarians and afterwards participate in arts and crafts activities.
- Shop at the Commons through Dec. 24 and 5 percent of your purchase could go toward the school of your choice. Just scan and fax your receipt to shopforyourschool@carusoaffiliated.com. Make sure to indicate which school you want your donation to benefit. Checks will be mailed to schools in January.
- The city of Calabasas is offering a series of tips for having a green holiday.
- Today will be breezy with a high of 60, according to the National Weather Service.
