5 Things You Need to Know Today: Dec. 21
Toddler story time, shop at the Commons and help local schools and holiday closures for the community center.
- It's toddler story time at Barnes & Noble inside the Commons at 10:30 a.m.
- Shop at the Commons through Dec. 24 and 5 percent of your purchase could go toward the school of your choice. Just scan and fax your receipt to shopforyourschool@carusoaffiliated.com. Make sure to indicate which school you want your donation to benefit. Checks will be mailed to schools in January.
- The city of Calabasas is offering a series of tips for having a green holiday.
- Today will be sunny with a high of 63, according to the National Weather Service.

- Dec. 24: Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Dec. 25: Closed
- Dec. 31: Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Jan. 1: Closed
