office in Old Town Calabasas has been vacant since last summer when the real estate firm moved to its new location down the street on Calabasas Road.
There have been no takers so far for the the 3,600-square-foot unit, said property manager Jessica Linder.
The Old Town corridor is known for its various storefronts, old west style architecture and sees plenty of cars passing through daily since it's so close to the 101 Freeway.
