Calabasas Library Closed All Week
Staff will be learning about a new library computer program.
The will be closed all week for staff training and reopen on Saturday for regular business hours.
Librarians are going to learn about Polaris, a new internal library system that will make it easier for patrons to complete certain tasks, said City Librarian Barbara Lockwood.
"Patrons will be able to put holds on books themselves and they will be able to renew books online," she said.

Lockwood said Polaris would also let people be alerted via email of an upcoming due date for a book or movie rental.
