The city of Calabasas and the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce will kick off the opening of the Calabasas Pumpkin Festival Thursday evening, September 19 by raising festival mascot Punky (the pumpkin) to the rooftop at Acura 101, overlooking the freeway.
The car dealership is an annual host of the annual event, which takes place from 5-7:30 p.m.
The party is open to the businesses and the community, where you will enjoy food vendors, entertainment and take a chance on a raffle for free entry into the festival and children’s activities, Derby Car building, face painting, balloon creations and much more.
New this year, Saturday only, will be the Tiny Tots Costume Parade. Children six and under come Saturday morning October 19th by 10 a.m. to the park in full costume for free admission and join the musical parade around the park. The parade will end at the Main Stage where prizes will be awarded by the Mayor of Calabasas and City Council Members.

The festival runs for two days Saturday October 19th and Sunday October 20th at Juan Bautista de Anza Park in Calabasas from10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
