Justin Bieber's neighbors are reportedly sick and tired of the singer's unlawful antics and want their homeowners associating to do something about it, according to TMZ.
Residents of The Oaks are reportedly banning together and plan to withhold their monthly HOA dues until something is done, said the celebrity news site.
Authorities are currently investigating Bieber for reckless driving last month.
