Justin Bieber is being sued by a photographer who claims the pop star physically attacked him last year using MMA-type moves, according to a report from TMZ.com.
Photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran says he was shooting photos of Bieber and his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez in their car at The Commons when the "frustrated" singer allegedly jumped out and delivered martial arts style kicks to Hernandez' abdomen, the report said.
