Though Justin Bieber wasn't home, his housemates, Lil Za & Lil Twist, were caught on video speeding through The Oaks Thursday night, according to a report from TMZ.com.
In the video, a female resident with a camera captures and confronts Za and Twist as they race down neighborhood streets in a black Range Rover and in Bieber's white Ferrari, the report said.
