Like any other changes, we cannot get healthier instantly overnight. However, if you start today, you can get healthier by Christmas day.  First, begin by drinking more water.  If you are craving a sugary drink, drink water instead.  Another great tip is to get healthier by eating vegetables for breakfast instead of sugary cereals. Of course, one must pair their diets with regular exercise.  Make sure you create at least 30 minute a day to get your heart pumping.  Finally, plan your meals ahead of time, that way you are prepared and don't have to resort to quick and unhealthy options.
