The 7th annual Malibu Canyon Dirt Dash open house and fundraising event for The Salvation Army Camps in Malibu Canyon takes place Sept. 22—but NOW is the time to register.
During seven weeks of summer in 2012, 1,610 children (80% of capacity) were provided with a weeklong camp experience. More children could be served if funding were available.
Please come join over 1,400 participants, volunteers and guests on a day designed to raise awareness and support through a wonderful, family-friendly 5k mud run!
The event, which begins at 7:30 a.m. will consist of a scenic trail run (5k or 10k) on the trails around Malibu Creek State Park and the 5k Mud Run with rope climbs, swings, bridge crossings and mud pit. This event is for everyone: whether you are a walker, runner, adventurer, or somewhere in between!
