Saddle Peak Lodge Gets AAA's 4-Diamond Rating
The local restaurant is among only 72 eateries in California to get the prestigious score.
Saddle Peak Lodge was named to the list of 2012 four-diamond restaurants compiled by the Automobile Association of America, the second-highest rating it bestows.
The eatery, known for its rich history in Calabasas and succulent cuts of filet mignon, halibut and other meats, is among 754 restaurants throughout North America to receive the honor.
In California, 72 dining establishments were given the four-diamond rating.
A panel of inspectors make unnanounced visits to eateries and hotels to conduct their evaluations, according to AAA.
Saddle Peak Lodge is located at 419 Cold Canyon Road and its head chef is Christopher Kufek.
