Justin Bieber Accused of Battery
Bieber's Calabasas neighbor claims the singer threatened him and made physical contact.
Singer Justin Bieber is being accused of "making physical contact" and "threats" by a Calabasas neighbor, according to local authorities.
Just after 9 a.m. Monday morning, the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's station received a call from Bieber's neighbor on the 25000 block of Prado del Grandioso claiming that the singer had allegedly threatened him, said Steve Whitmore, L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson.

"There were no arrests, nobody was charged, nobody was injured,''
Whitmore told Patch. "And that's all I can say right now. The incident is under investigation."
According to a report from TMZ, the dispute had to do with Bieber's new Ferrari. The report said that Bieber "was racing the vehicle up and down the streets," creating a commotion and ultimate argument.
