5 Things You Need to Know Today: March 29

Kids Club at Commons, Rotary Club meets and Study Buddies.

 
  1. It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another installment if Kids Club at the Commons. This week, singer Tia, who hails from Seattle, will perform tunes for the young and old.
  2. The Rotary Club of Calabasas will meet at 12:10 p.m. at Spumoni. New members are always welcome.
  3. Interested in serving on a city commission? More than 35 seats on bodies such as the Planning Commission and the Parks, Recreation and Education Commission will soon become vacant. Click here to apply and to find out what other positions are available. Applications are due by April 1.
  4. Are you an elementary or middle school student in need of homework help? Brainy Calabasas High students are here to tutor you. Study Buddies will convene at the library at 3:30 p.m.
  5. Today will be sunny with a high of 78, according to the National Weather Service.
