Bake sale to benefit cancer research and farmers market.
- Calabasas High School's Cookies for Cancer club is selling cookies at the Albertsons on Agoura from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. to help benefit cancer research.
- It's Saturday once again and that means it's time for the weekly Calabasas Farmers Market. Stop by Calabasas Road just west of El Canon Avenue between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and check out dozens of vendors selling everything from fruits and veggies to meat and desserts.
- Don't forget! A grand opening event is being held on Sunday for Salon NuuVo, located inside the Summit at Calabasas shopping center.
- A one-mile bird walk is being held at King Gillette Ranch on Sunday beginning at 8:30 a.m. Program is free, parking is $7. Bring your own binoculars for the two-and-a-half hour event. 26800 Mulholland Hwy, Calabasas, CA.
